From 1998 to present time, my professional line has involved cutting edge technology projects, mostly related to
security, mobility and innovation. In those years I’ve doing consultancy tasks, including the commercial side of
sales and presales and managing projects and teams for public sector and selected private industries. I also get
involved on all my projects, architecting the overall design or even implementing the modules that needs high
level knowledge on algorithmic or cryptography.
I currently lead the Public-Sector Business Development area and manage several commercial accounts
(Ministerio de Política Territorial y Función Pública, Spanish Senate, AEAT, IGAE, FNMT-RCM, etc.) at
atSistemas.
My recent professional achievements are:

  • Sales manager for electronic signature projects on Spanish Ministry of Interior.
  • Project director (sales and delivery) for consultancy project on Red.es for finding way to avoid
    payment repudiation by using advanced authentication and electronic signatures gateway.
  • Project director (sales and delivery) helping Metro de Madrid modernizing their SAP-based electronic signature systems.
  • Project director (sales and delivery) for “Cl@ve Firma” (cloud-based electronic signatures), for citizens with the Spanish MinHAFP and for public employees with FNMT-RCM (separate projects).

  • FNMT-RCM [biggest Spanish Certification Authority] (as project director and sales
    manager)
  • Development of a secure system for distributing and installing digital
    certificates on macOS, Android, Linux and Windows (with a native part for
    each operating platform).
  • Spanish Ministry of Interior (as sales manager).
  • Modernization of their custom Oracle Developer based systems for using
    the Port@firmas product (from the CTT) and cloud-based electronic
    signatures with FIRe (also from CTT) for public servants (public
    employees).
  • Red.es (as sales manager, project director and consultant)
  • Consultancy project for finding ways for avoiding payments repudiation
    on their payments gateway by using advanced authentication and
    electronic signature procedures.
